Un Coordinador de operaciones en SEGMAIL S.A. de C.V. es responsable de coordinar y programar las operaciones diarias de una empresa para garantizar la eficiencia y la puntualidad en la entrega de servicios de paquetería. Actúa como punto central de comunicación entre los clientes, los conductores o técnicos de campo y la administración.


Responsibilities:

  • Planificación y Coordinación:
  • Diseñar y ejecutar planes de entrega que maximicen la eficiencia operativa.
  • Coordinar la flotilla de vehículos para asegurar la disponibilidad y optimización en rutas.
  • Gestión de Flotilla:
  • Supervisar el mantenimiento y la operación de la flotilla.
  • Implementar mejoras en la gestión de la flotilla para reducir costos y tiempos de entrega.
  • Entrega y Logística:
  • Asegurar que los procesos de entrega cumplan con los estándares de calidad y tiempos de entrega (Next Day).
  • Colaborar con equipos de logística para resolver problemas relacionados con la entrega.
  • Monitoreo de KPI's:
  • Establecer y rastrear indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI's) para evaluar la efectividad de las operaciones de última milla.
  • Generar informes periódicos sobre el desempeño y proponer acciones correctivas.
  • Atención al Cliente:
  • Actuar como punto de contacto para resolver incidencias relacionadas con la entrega.
  • Implementar estrategias para mejorar la experiencia del cliente durante el proceso de entrega.

Habilidades y competencias requeridas:

  • Conocimiento en gestión de flotillas.
  • Experiencia en modelos de entrega Next Day.
  • Habilidad para establecer y monitorear KPI's.


Experience:

  • Formación: Carrera en Logística, Administración, Ingeniería Industrial o afines.
  • Experiencia: Mínimo 3 años en operaciones de última milla o logística.
  • Conocimientos: Manejo de herramientas de gestión de flotas, software de logística y análisis de datos.
  • Habilidades:
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo.
  • Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y resolver problemas de manera efectiva.
  • Enfoque en la atención al cliente y mejora continua.

Do you have experience in security and loss prevention in the logistics sector? At Segmail, a leading Mexican company in shipping, last mile, transportation, and Fulfillment, we are looking for a Loss Prevention Specialist focused on controlling transportation units and preventing package theft.

Responsabilidades:

  • Implement and manage loss prevention strategies in our transportation units and logistics operations.
  • Monitor our own transportation units and those of external suppliers, ensuring proper supervision and tracking to prevent losses.
  • Coordinate the external surveillance team and ensure compliance with security and operational control standards.
  • Conduct audits and control of suppliers to maintain high levels of security.
  • Prepare detailed reports and incident analysis and propose improvements to reduce risks and optimize security.
  • Develop and optimize security processes and protocols for controlling transportation units and preventing losses, ensuring compliance with protection standards in each operation.

Habilidades y competencias requeridas:

  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with different people and manage difficult situations calmly.
  • Organization and planning: Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously, maintaining high standards of accuracy and punctuality.
  • Technical knowledge: Familiarity with tracking and fleet management systems, as well as basic computer skills to record and update data.
  • Problem solving: Ability to identify potential issues and find solutions quickly to minimize the impact on operations.

Experiencia:

  • Completed degree in Engineering or Bachelor's.
  • 3 years of verifiable experience.
  • Experience in loss prevention and security in the logistics sector.
  • Ability to manage surveillance equipment and supervise suppliers.
  • Solid experience in preparing security reports and data analysis.
  • Focus on continuous improvement and ability to identify and reduce loss risks.

The Transportation Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the daily management of logistics and operational activities in the transportation area. Their main function is to ensure the proper coordination and monitoring of resources, routes, and delivery times, ensuring that processes are carried out efficiently and within established deadlines.

Responsabilidades:

  • Support in route planning: Collaborate in assigning routes to drivers, optimizing delivery times and resource use.
  • Tracking vehicles and deliveries: Monitor in real-time the location of vehicles and compliance with delivery times, ensuring efficiency in transportation.
  • Internal and external customer service: Address inquiries related to transportation and coordinate with different departments or clients, providing accurate information about the status of deliveries.
  • Documentation control: Verify and file vehicle documentation, such as permits, licenses, and insurance. Ensure that all documents are up to date and in order.
  • Incident management: Record and report any incidents that occur during transportation, such as delays, accidents, or vehicle problems, and collaborate in resolving them.
  • Operations reports: Prepare periodic reports on the daily activities of the transportation area, highlighting performance, incidents, and any other relevant data.
  • Compliance with regulations and safety: Ensure that all transportation operations are carried out in compliance with current legal and safety regulations, both for vehicles and drivers.

Habilidades y competencias requeridas:
