Segmail expands its logistics capacity in Mexico with the inauguration of new racks at its Hub
On September 9, Segmail marked a major milestone with the inauguration of six new rack systems at our logistics hub in Mexico. This expansion strengthens our storage capacity, enhances our fulfillment operations, and enables us to continue supporting the eCommerce brands and businesses that trust us.

More than infrastructure, a commitment to the future of logistics in Mexico
The addition of these new racks reflects who we are: a strategic logistics and fulfillment partner in Mexico, with robust operational capabilities, strong technological support, and partnerships with leading carriers.
At Segmail, we work to make logistics a competitive advantage, not a constraint. This milestone reinforces our purpose: to grow alongside our clients and provide certainty at every stage of the supply chain.
A start of synergies and networking
The day began with a breakfast gathering in Polanco, where clients, partners, and our leadership team connected in a networking space. It was an opportunity to build new relationships, strengthen existing ones, and create strategic partnerships that support our logistics solutions in Mexico.

At our hub, the official ceremony began with remarks from Alan Essés, CEO of the Group:
“This achievement reflects Segmail’s commitment to innovation and expanding its operational capacity. Today, we are not only growing our infrastructure, but also strengthening the trust our clients place in us and advancing the future of logistics in Mexico.”
We also highlight the message from Jonathan Essés, CEO of Segmail, who stated:
“Our commitment is clear: every investment decision and every step forward in infrastructure is focused on providing greater certainty, visibility, and opportunities for the brands that trust us.”
The ribbon-cutting ceremony marked a symbolic and meaningful moment. For both clients and the Segmail team, it represented the beginning of a new stage of increased capacity, operational support, and shared growth.
